 I have been in the real estate industry for many years and have a powerful background in residential mortgage financing.  My experience in financing and over all sales and marketing helps me analyze every real estate transaction to locate the proper marketing for selling the property for the right price and to locate properties for buyers.  As a bilingual agent I am able to assist the Spanish speaking community and locate buyers for my clients with in the Spanish community in the States and out of the country.

 

 I have been living in both Riverside and San Diego for over 15 years now.  I grew up in the Inland Empire area and spend a lot of time there.  We bought our first home in the Northern part of San Diego back when the market was still adjusting from the decline of values in the 90's.  We have since then bought investment properties and bought a new bigger home in 2005 in the Hidden Meadows community of Escondido and in 2009 we purchased a home in Riverside.  If you are looking for an Agent with personal hands on experience, I have it.
